A Day at the Grand Hyatt Incheon

The hotel was sponsoring several events including the 4th All-Asian martial arts tournament. There was also an emergency transponder event as was evidenced by all of the emergency vehicles parked outside.   The hotel also hosts a "foreigners only" casino.  I went to check it out but decided against any gambling at all.

We went to Breakfast and used 5 more coupons.  We all ate a myriad of eggs, sausage, yogurt, and cereal.   We were debating what to do the rest of the day.

I found out that there was an Emart nearby.  Emart is the largest retailer in Korea.  We left the hotel and walked around, waited for the store to open.  Sani wanted to buy Alex an extra top to wear and I wanted some cheap souvenirs.  We bought some food, ice cream and cold coffee. I bought a couple of cheap pencil bags that I later used as wallets for the Indonesian money we would later obtain.

We took our time walking back to the hotel.  There were a number of interesting shops go peruse. By the time we returned, it was lunch.

We ate lunch again at the restaurant and then returned to the room to pack up.  We all took naps.  At around 3pm, we woke up, packed and got ready for the return to the airport.
