We had lots of bags packed by this time. My wife saved up clothes to give away to her people. This translated to a high number of bags.
Since we booked our tickets prior to June 1st, 2013, we were allowed to check 2 bags per person. Now, 1st bag is free, 2nd bag is $100 and 3rd is $200.00.
My wife packed for armaggedon. 16 bags total including a car seat. We had 8 checked bags, 7 carry ons plus a stroller.
I tried to check in with the online tool but it gave me a violation error of some sort and wouldn't let me.
My Mom came over so she could drive us to the airport in the morning. Full house.
We went to bed late.
