Seoul to Denpasar

Our journey through the airport was very quick.  We transited through immigration and received our departure stamps.   This left us about 2 hours to find some great tourist t-shirts.  We searched high and low but all they had were over priced designer brands.  Rolex and Omega watches were priced almost double what we pay in the USA.  No wonder people pay to fly to america and shop!

On a side note, the Incheon airport provides little carts for your bags. This made the trip though the airport, security and to the gate much easier.  The carts were free and maintained very well. We put Deeky Doo on top of the luggage and pushed her around since we no longer has her stroller.

Alex and Sani stopped off at a cultural exhibit and painted some masks.  Chris, Deeky Doo and I looked for cheap t-shirts but left empty handed.

I also shopped for Samsung electronics.  This was a joke.  The prices at the airport were several hundred dollars higher than those in the USA.   Talk about scalping.

We rejoined Alex and Sani at the gate and again experienced early boarding.  Our seats were near the front a few rows behind business class.   Our last flight was made in a Boeing 777-200.   This flight was on an Airbus 330.

The 7 hour flight from Seoul to Denpasar was uneventful.   Well, almost.  The baby in the row behind us barfed all over the place.  It was really foul and I thought for sure that the Korean lady in front us was going to ralph too.   But she held it in.  the flight attendants swooped in with cleaning apparatus and some kind of spray that took the smell out almost immediately.

We arrived in Depasar at 1am local, 2am Seoul time.  12 hours ahead of Eastern time.
